With over 20 years of Pilates experience and a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (completed at PFIWA in 2013), Aldona will guide you on your way to your fitness goals. Pilates has been Aldona's lifelong passion and journey, and something that she wishes to share with others. Aldona has extensive experience in both group and individual classes.
